We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of Limitlessli.

Job Description:

This position involves managing the MDS Reimbursement process, leading a team of professionals, and developing strategies to optimize operational systems. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with an international team.

Responsibilities:
  • MDS Reimbursement Process Management:
    • Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments for reimbursement purposes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of professionals, providing ongoing training to ensure high standards in job performance.
  • Operational Optimization:
    • Develop and implement processes that improve overall operational effectiveness, reduce errors, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services rendered.
  • Operational Improvement Initiatives:
    • Identify and implement strategies for improving operational systems, processes, and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Strategic Objective Formulation:
    • Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term strategic objectives to align with organizational goals.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Identify ways to enhance customer service quality and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (USRN preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, including experience in MDS Reimbursement and/or healthcare reimbursement processes.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
    • Knowledge of MDS Reimbursement processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Experience in quality control, performance evaluation, and staff development.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
