Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Modeler to set modeling standards, ensure quality and accuracy of models, and execute plans. The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, participate in continuous improvement activities, and possess strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create structural drawings and Revit models that meet quality standards.
  • Execute the Sprint plan by creating a plan of approach, understanding and documenting tasks, committing and executing the plan, and reconciling it with the project team as needed.
  • Manage client coordination tasks, including proactive and effective communication, collaboration, and coordination with other disciplines' design changes and model challenges.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as seeking continuing education, participating in material groups, updating and improving standards and best practices, and growing proficiency in materials, markets, and project types.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M).
  • 3+ years Revit Experience.
  • Working knowledge Tekla, and SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft highly preferred.
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
