Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a talented individual to create unforgettable customer experiences. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, excel at communication, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this role is perfect for you.

This position involves handling customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions. You'll provide expert support for luxury products, utilizing CRM tools to manage interactions efficiently and collaborating with the team using Slack and GSuite.

To succeed in this role, you'll need enthusiasm, passion for delivering excellent customer service, and excellent written and spoken English. Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
  • Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.
