The Role:

As a senior civil engineer, you will play a key role in executing technical design tasks using Autodesk Civil 3D. You will be responsible for grading, alignments, pipe networks, and other critical aspects of residential site development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical design solutions using Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Provide backend support for residential development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage and organize CAD files and project documents efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers via Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Track deadlines and communicate proactively to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects.
  • Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs (willing to train on BMPs).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CAD standards.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
