Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EBP audit professional to join our team. As a collaboration and partnership between top CPA firms in the United States, we aim to redefine talent acquisition best practices and provide additional value to our partners.

Our objective is to gather talented individuals with core competencies, skill sets, and overall experience and exposure in the different areas of audit, accounting, and similar financial-related or operational areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing audits of client financial statements particularly in EBP
  • Completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
  • Researching and developing knowledge of current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collecting, assimilating, and analyzing client data and using standard processes and tools to complete assigned project work
  • Assisting in identifying technical issues in various projects and sharing suggestions with senior personnel to mitigate the same
  • Recommending ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of busy season experience for US Audits with 20% of it being in EBP
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Exhibit high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Certified Public Accountant is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in the use of technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)
