Job Title: Financial Reconstruction Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial reconstruction, reconciliation, and report generation for a U.S.-based client.

Responsibilities
  • Reconstruct monthly Profit & Loss statements for the past 2 years using QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile all accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Generate reports for legal counsel, including Profit & Loss Statements, 941 Payroll Tax Summary, Texas Sales Tax Liability Reports, and Balance Sheets
  • Maintain compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax requirements
  • Work efficiently to meet strict deadlines
  • Maintain responsive communication throughout the project
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies
  • Deep understanding of U.S. tax structure, especially Texas Sales Tax and IRS Form 941
  • Proven experience in financial reconstruction and reconciliation
  • Ability to generate accurate, audit-ready reports
  • Responsive, detail-oriented, deadline-driven
