Description:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to create engaging and high-quality video content. As a Visual Storyteller, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives from raw footage, utilizing your expertise in post-production techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital and social content, with a focus on visual storytelling and editing techniques.
  • Contribute creative direction on briefs, bringing deep expertise in video production to every project.
  • Own the post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers along the way.
  • Produce high-impact short-form videos that showcase our brand's message, crafting compelling stories with precision and speed.
  • Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels.
  • Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience creating high-quality video content preferably with any on-set experience.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, multimedia assets and exporting for multiple channels, including both traditional and social media.
  • Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
  • Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
  • Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output.
