Civil Infrastructure Design Specialist

We are seeking a Civil Infrastructure Design Specialist to produce high-quality civil engineering designs and documentation for energy and infrastructure projects.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers to balance design requirements with project timelines and budgets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects using specialized software such as 12D and AutoCAD
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure design outputs meet statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Preparing comprehensive civil design plans, specifications, and estimates for various infrastructure projects

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as civil engineering or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working within a consulting environment, preferably in the energy and resources sector
  • High-level proficiency in engineering design software, including AutoCAD and 12D
  • Familiarity with local and national regulations, Australian Standards, and other relevant industry requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
