Customer Service Position - Cagayan De Oro

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cagayan De Oro. This role will involve interacting with customers via various communication channels and providing support for product or service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using decision-support tools and resources
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while building rapport
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain knowledge of client products and services
  • Prepare accurate work including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database
Candidate Requirements:
  • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and adapting to changes quickly
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently
About the Role:

This position has a program-required basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacks program/product-specific knowledge. The individual will work with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. They will start to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures.
