Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to play a crucial role in the management of all real estate transactions from pre-listing to close. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities of clients based on priorities, including transaction and database management.
  • Client Communication: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Pre-Listing Preparation: Prepare all pre-listing materials, obtain essential signatures on listing agreements and disclosures, and input listing information on MLS and marketing websites.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with third parties such as title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes to ensure timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Negotiation and Resolution: Assist in negotiations regarding repairs, facilitate inspections, and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Detail orientation, quality focus, motivated by achievements, collaborative, and able to manage competing demands and diverse workload.
