Global Team Lead Opportunity

To achieve this, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Team Lead to oversee teams across locations, providing expert financial accounting and reporting services to global business partners.

As a Global Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-performing teams, developing strategic priorities, and influencing the organization's future direction. You will also play a key role in upscaling team capabilities, ensuring strong working knowledge and expertise within the department, and delivering high-quality services to customers while building a more efficient organization with engaged employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams across locations, providing expert financial accounting and reporting services to global business partners.
  • Develop strategic priorities and influence the organization's future direction.
  • Upscale team capabilities, ensuring strong working knowledge and expertise within the department.
  • Deliver high-quality services to customers while building a more efficient organization with engaged employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing finance operations for at least 3–5 years.
  • Experience in complex and dynamic banking and service delivery environments with relevant experience in financial accounting and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of IFRS-EU and preferably a certified public accountant.
  • Capability to manage a team of 20+ people cross-locations.
  • Agility, flexibility, and openness to learn and be trained to challenge peers and management.
