Job Overview

This is a unique position that combines the roles of accounts payable and accounts receivable into one exciting opportunity.

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
  • Additionally, you will monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles, proficiency in accounting software, strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation and payment processing.
  • Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
