Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Elevate your career by managing technology connectivity and Instruction Capture testing projects that span multiple Product areas within the Securities Services Business.

About the Role

You will draw on your strengths to lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines, ensuring relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place, and managing project resources.

Communicate with stakeholders across the firm and external clients to work toward the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and directly manage the technology connectivity (sFTP, MQ) for new and existing external clients.
  • Establish project requirements, priorities and deadlines, ensuring relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place.
  • Conduct UAT, Agree test scope with the client, set up static data, coordinate instruction transmissions with the client, STP the instructions to operations and obtain sign off from Operations.
  • Liaise and coordination between external clients, internal CS and Operations as well as team colleagues.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience of business analysis and project management - managing multiple projects.
  • Test Management and UAT Test.
  • Competence around connectivity (sFTP, MQ etc).
  • Client facing skillset – Good written and oral English language skills.
  • Test Management (Writing and agreeing test scopes).
