Our organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented motion designer to contribute to our ambitious growth in the digital marketing field and online entertainment industry.

  • Motion Graphics Creation: We are looking for an individual who can design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Concept Development: The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Asset Animation: We require an individual who can animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic visual experiences.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: The successful candidate will edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished video content.
  • Brand Consistency: Our organization requires all motion design work to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Optimization for Platforms: The ideal candidate must optimize motion graphics and video content for social media, websites, and ad networks with platform-specific requirements.
  • Industry Compliance: We need an individual who ensures all animated advertising content complies with advertising guidelines and regulations, especially in iGaming and US sweepstakes.
  • Trend Awareness: The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and software.
  • Feedback Integration: Our organization requires incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine design outputs.
  • Proven Experience (3+ years): A strong portfolio with motion graphics, animation, and video editing is essential.
  • Industry Expertise (MUST): At least 1 year hands-on motion design experience in iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino is required.
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience (Critical): Experience creating motion graphics for SaaS products (explainers, UI animations) is crucial.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D designing skills are required.
  • Animation Principles: A solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling is essential.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: High-quality visual content with creative flair is expected.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design rationale is necessary.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Language: Advanced English is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
