About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will produce high-quality visual content for various clients and industries.

Your work will encompass creating engaging assets such as digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, email templates, branding elements, and web visuals.

You'll collaborate closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver creative solutions that are both visually appealing and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-impact visual content that meets brand guidelines, audience requirements, and project goals
  • Work across multiple client accounts, each with unique challenges and objectives
  • Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Produce high-quality work within tight deadlines, meeting our standards for speed and precision
  • Maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations in all deliverables
  • Organize design files and documentation using cloud tools and project management platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a diverse portfolio of real-world design work
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and optionally Figma
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy principles
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in American English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers
  • Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly
Nice To Have (But Not Required)
  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics
  • Familiarity with basic UI design or website asset creation
  • Knowledge of task management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Experience working in a BPO, VA agency, or outsourcing environment
