Real Estate Financial Specialist

The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision making.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate weekly and monthly reports on funding, liquidity, and market trends.
- Analyze multifamily replacement reserves and perform variance analysis.
- Prepare quarterly and year-end loan compliance reports.
- Monitor ground lease compliance and perform financial reporting variance analysis.
- Generate Yardi reports on rent roll, income statement, budget, and tenancy schedule.
- Assist with loan financing and refinancing, including underwriting and closing documents.
- Review and prepare yearly budgets for asset managers and property managers.
- Identify replacement properties and calculate estimated deferred tax gain/loss for 1031 exchanges.
- Assist with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence requirements and exchange setup.
- Update and maintain summaries of acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and 1031 exchanges.
- Latin honors degree from a reputable university.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting is a plus.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
- Experience with top consulting firms or top financial institutions.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
- Strong quantitative skills and analytical ability are necessary.
- Organizational, time management, verbal, and written skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight and generate high-quality work product.
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics are required.
