Job Title: Data & Automation EngineerAbout the Role

This is a high-output, high-ownership position for someone who thrives in ambiguity and communicates with clarity.

You will bridge analytics and engineering to work across various platforms and systems, partnering with teams to build flexible, self-serve tools.

Your primary focus will be on creating reporting packs for managers, directors, and executives, as well as building and maintaining real-time dashboards using SQL, BI platforms, and embedded Google Sheets.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, the ability to write and maintain scripts, and experience with programming languages such as Python and Java.

You should also have expertise in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools.

  • Bridge analytics and engineering to work across various platforms and systems.
  • Create reporting packs for managers, directors, and executives.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards using SQL, BI platforms, and embedded Google Sheets.
  • Maintain KPI definitions, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
  • Optimize reporting for speed, reusability, and scalability across multiple business units.

Analytical Skills

You must have strong analytical skills to succeed in this role.

Scripting and Programming

You should be able to write and maintain scripts and have experience with programming languages such as Python and Java.

Software Proficiency

You should have expertise in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools.
