Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in extracting and manipulating raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting. You will analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities, partnering with Account Management to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries.

Your primary responsibility will be aligning reporting outputs with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and contractual obligations. Additionally, you will design impactful data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences, recommending and implementing improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools.

You will maintain a centralized repository of recurring reports and standardize reporting templates across departments, contributing to internal initiatives that enhance reporting speed, quality, and usability. The ultimate goal is to translate operational data into meaningful, accurate, and timely insights, enabling stakeholders to gain improved visibility into client health and service performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and manipulate raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, error rates, volume trends) to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partner with Account Management to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries
  • Align reporting outputs with SLAs, client expectations, and contractual obligations
  • Design impactful data visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Recommend and implement improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools
  • Maintain a centralized repository of recurring reports and standardize reporting templates across departments
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance reporting speed, quality, and usability


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO)
  • Proven experience working with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Account Management, and Leadership teams


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or working in a healthcare BPO setting
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context
