About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join JK Network Services as a Customer Care Representative, where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and executing daily sales activities. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications relevant to the job.
- A degree in any field from a reputable university or college.
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in a voice account setting.
