About the Role

This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured environment, values precision, and can deliver high-quality work under strict timelines.

  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery.
  • Provide proactive administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of case management.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in litigation procedures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Additionally, proficiency in case management systems, such as Clio or PracticePanther, and legal research tools like LexisNexis or Westlaw are required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems.
  • Skilled in legal research tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills.
