We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms. You will be responsible for managing incoming applications, reviewing legal documentation, communicating with attorneys, and guiding clients through each step of the funding process.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications and ensure timely updates on case statuses.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
- Provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process.
- Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor progress of applications, prioritizing high-urgency cases effectively.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, or client-facing roles.
- Experience handling sensitive legal documentation and familiarity with personal injury case types.
- Strong communication skills, a client-first attitude, and proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and make a tangible impact.
