Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing incoming claims, communicating with clients and attorneys, and providing exceptional guidance throughout the funding process.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales, legal funding, personal injury, or client-facing roles. They will possess strong communication skills, a client-first attitude, and proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with personal injury case types and experience handling sensitive legal documentation is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation
  • Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents
  • Provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process
Requirements
  • 2+ years in sales, legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, or client-facing roles
  • Experience handling sensitive legal documentation
  • Familiarity with personal injury case types (e.g., auto accidents, premises liability)
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
