Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice and solutions to customers. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional IHG brand experience, showcasing your passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver industry-leading reservation solutions in multiple languages to ensure seamless customer interactions.

  • Meet or exceed performance expectations in revenue, conversion, quality, partner offers, and guest satisfaction.

  • Utilize creativity to find innovative solutions, taking ownership of results and actively seeking feedback from others.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary school education or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Previous call center experience in sales or other call handling roles preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong customer service and sales skills, bilingual communication, social intelligence, ability to customize information, web-based navigation, and adaptability.
  • Physical Requirements: Majority of work performed in a normal office environment or remotely.
