Job Title: Leadership Trainee

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Leadership Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective implementation and compliance of Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs in assigned areas.
  • Drive day-to-day operations effectiveness for Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services, ensuring prompt customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales building initiatives by providing leadership support to Restaurant Managers through client business relations for assigned institutional accounts and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate opportunities in operations and cost management to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
  • Manage workforce of assigned stores, including manpower planning, hiring, orientation, certification, scheduling, and shift management.
  • Implement other store administrative activities such as office organization, government permit procurement, Store Reports Preparation, and programs like Store Safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food or Business related field preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills required.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage with all levels of store operations.
  • Able to perform well under pressure or opposition.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
