Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple clients across various industries, including non-profit.
  • Utilize advanced QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel skills to manage financial data.
  • Work with Hubdoc, multiple payroll platforms, and merchant platforms, ensuring accurate reconciliation to QBO.
  • Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures.
  • Manage 1099 filings and sales tax reporting.
Requirements:
