Job Title: Senior Claims Processor

At Revtra Pro Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Processor to join our team. As a key member of our claims processing team, you will be responsible for handling non-motor claims from receipt to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, review, and evaluate non-motor direct claims within authority level.
  • Check policy coverage and premium payments before forwarding to the Claims Officer for inspection assignment.
  • Assist claimants in submitting necessary supporting documents.
  • Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and minor client complaints.
  • Review claim documents and adjusters' reports, recommend settlement or denial of claims.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned claims to ensure procedures are followed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and ensure receipt of Preliminary Loss Advise (PLA), Advance Cash Call, and Final Loss Advise (FLA) by reinsurers.
  • Coordinate with RI Accounting Staff for the progress and receipt of payments from reinsurers.
  • Receive, record, and evaluate claims documents.
  • Request additional documents if necessary and recommend approval to settle claims.
  • Review and discuss claims with potential recoveries from third parties and coordinate with the Legal team.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Management, Accounting, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic non-life insurance.
  • At least 2 years of responsible work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations, oral and written communication skills.
  • Above-average research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • High adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence senior members of staff and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
  • Personal resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
