Job Overview

This is a full-time, remote Data Analyst position responsible for extracting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple internal systems including the EMR, CRM, survey tools, and outcome tracking platforms. The analyst will provide actionable insights to support clinical operations, admissions department, and alumni program.

  • Manage and coordinate integration, updates, and other software system customization needs.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources including EMR, CRM, internal surveys, and post-treatment follow-up platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure that all expected, trackable data points are present and complete.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data across platforms or within client records.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain automated and ad hoc reports for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
  2. Take a proactive role in identifying opportunities for automation of reports, tracking systems, and other data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  3. Recommend and help implement new tools, integrations, or process improvements that streamline data reporting and collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or systems analysis, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and EMR/CRM data extraction.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and behavioral health documentation and outcome measures.
