About the Role

The Consumer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for acting as the voice of consumers across various digital platforms.

This role will involve executing the day-to-day tone of voice for multiple brands in response to consumer comments/inquiries received via email.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to consumer product/company concerns and inquiries, following established service level agreements and best practices for consumer engagement.
  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments to support other operational requirements related to consumer engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing or a related field is required.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience engaging with consumers is necessary.
  • The ability to adapt between various brand voices/tones/personalities is crucial.
  • Independent individuals who can prioritize work effectively are preferred.
  • Attention to detail is vital.
  • Strong team players with excellent communication skills are highly valued.
Additional Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing or a related field is mandatory.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are required.
