Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating digital marketing efforts and supporting operations teams in managing online business profiles and social media accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of using Google platforms (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager) effectively. Familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools is also highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Perform campaign analytics and reporting using various tools
  • Support SEO and content optimization strategies for web and social platforms
  • Update and modify websites using HTML and light web coding as needed
  • Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify
  • Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, and track key deadlines
  • Provide administrative support, including email correspondence and task follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google platforms
  • Familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools
  • Competency in website editing and HTML
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and all major Office tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO or SEM best practices
  • Graphic design or basic video editing skills for ad creations
  • Experience working with franchises or multi-location businesses
