We are looking for an accomplished Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our online marketing efforts and drive growth worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, to maximize return on investment.
  • Brand Awareness and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand presence, community engagement, and search volume.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.
  • Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with our content team to create engaging hooks, creatives, and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Customer Journey Improvement: Drive enhancements across customer funnels, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce DTC marketing management.
  • Experience working with Shopify.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing a team of at least 3 people.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in managing marketing KPIs.
  • A creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
