Digital Marketing Specialist

At our organization, we're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types. They will also design, write, and schedule regular eDMs, including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist will optimize email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting. They will create on-brand digital assets, including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral.

This role requires strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.

We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is essential, as is a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types.
  • Design, write, and schedule regular eDMs, including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers.
  • Optimize email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Create on-brand digital assets, including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to social media community engagement and direct messages.
  • Plan and publish social content aligned with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Maintain and update Shopify and WordPress websites, including content, layouts, banners, and basic UX enhancements.
  • Coordinate with developers or digital partners on website improvements and new feature development.
  • Support the implementation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze eDM performance metrics to identify what's working and what isn't.
