Chief Financial Strategist

We seek an accomplished Financial Director to oversee financial consolidation, drive strategic growth, and lead day-to-day financial functions. This role will coordinate with operating company finance teams, play a key role in monthly closes, tax support, and integration of new acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities- Cross-functional financial analysis and planning.
- Partner with operating company finance teams to close monthly books.
- Oversee day-to-day financial functions, including payroll and accounts payable.
- Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions.
- Develop scalable financial policies and processes for a fast-growing organization.
- CPA designation required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software.
- Self-starter comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving financial strategies.
As a Financial Director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, drive business growth, and develop scalable financial practices.
Experience- 4+ years in financial leadership roles, ideally with exposure to M&A and consolidation.
- Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and fast-paced growth environments.
- Background in acquisitive companies preferred.
