Program Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Program Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online program.

  • Manage end-to-end program operations, including setup and email automations
  • Set up each cohort in an LMS (e.g., Kajabi)
  • Coordinate weekly content drip and communications
  • Handle participant enrollment, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting

You will work closely with health coaches and experts to deliver evidence-based support for people with autoimmune conditions. Each 6-week cohort includes:

  • Weekly pre-recorded lessons
  • Live Zoom workshops with a health coach
  • Downloadable PDF workbooks and tools
  • A private community space
  • Automated email sequences

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience managing operations for online programs, courses, or memberships. Strong technical skills are required, including Kajabi, Descript, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, Typeform, Stripe, and excellent English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end program operations
  2. Set up each cohort in an LMS
  3. Coordinate weekly content drip and communications
  4. Handle participant enrollment, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting
  5. Troubleshoot access issues, subscription problems, or payment questions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of experience managing operations for online programs, courses, or memberships
  • Strong technical skills, including Kajabi, Descript, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, Typeform, Stripe
  • Excellent English language skills

This is not a support role - it's a central operations role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
