About the Job

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily online store operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. This includes managing product listings in Shopify, coordinating new product launches, and updating content blocks and banners on Homepage and landing pages.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar, with hands-on experience with Shopify and familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience
  • Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields
  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time
  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages, and other required pages
  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns
  • Work with Marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar (go to market) plans and strategies
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics and inform decision making and improving key KPIs
  • Support the creation of Digital Marketing activities like meta audience creation and Google Ads setup
  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours
