About the Role- Programme Director is responsible for delivering strategic objectives while maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
- Establish and lead governance structures, steering committees, and stakeholder management at an executive level.
- Oversight of systems integration partners and alignment between business and technology teams.
- Manage programme risks, change control, and ensure adoption of standardised processes.
- Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
- Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
- Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
