Responsibilities



  • Conduct learning needs analysis and apply project management principles to course development.
  • Independently create entry-level to advanced courses for various leadership levels.
  • Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to develop engaging training materials.
  • Certify Learning & Development Trainers to facilitate newly developed curricula.
  • Assess the impact of training programs and propose improvements based on feedback and performance analysis.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in IT or any related Field.
  • At least 1 year experience in Unreal Engine Development.
  • Experience in Blender 3D Modeling, UV Mapping & Texturing and Character Rigging Skills.
  • Ability to develop instructional materials and training courses.
  • VR Development Experience under Unreal Engine is an advantage.
