About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading business process outsourcing company that offers technical assistance, customer experience management, and other outsourced solutions as part of its digitally integrated business services.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Design and develop instructional materials for training programs
- Conduct learning needs analysis and apply project management principles to course development
- Create entry-level to advanced courses for various leadership levels
- Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to develop engaging training materials
- Certify Learning & Development Trainers to facilitate newly developed curricula
- Update and revise existing training materials to improve training effectiveness
- Assess the impact of training programs and propose improvements based on feedback and performance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field
- At least 1 year experience in Unreal Engine Development
- Experience in Blender 3D Modeling, UV Mapping & Texturing and Character Rigging Skills
- Ability to develop instructional materials and training courses
- VR Development Experience under Unreal Engine is an advantage
