Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back Office Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
About the Role:
The Back Office Associate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including developing and maintaining accurate records and reports, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, and assisting in the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Should have completed at least two (2) years in college or must possess a vocational/short course certificate
- Good to excellent English communication skills both oral and written
- Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Customer service oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
