We are seeking an individual who can deliver top-notch customer service across various channels. This role involves interacting with customers through our support tool, ensuring that all interactions are approachable, optimistic, considerate, accurate, and timely.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer-centric service to enhance the overall experience.
- Act as a dedicated resource for customers with memberships and subscriptions, offering personalized assistance.
- Foster a positive brand perception by consistently delivering exceptional customer interactions.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Friendly and empathetic attitude.
- Quick learner and problem solver.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software such as Richpanel or Zendesk.
- Passionate about creating amazing customer experiences.
This is a seasonal position available until January 2026. The ideal candidate will be available to work Tuesday to Saturday overnight between the hours of 10pm-6am or 4am-12pm PHT.
