Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our European team. As a finance analyst, you will work closely with the finance director to provide strong analytical and reporting skills.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or similar, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review business cases for accuracy and provide feedback to initiative owners.
  • Communicate with initiative owners to track financials and KPIs.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and risk assessment activities.
  • Create variance analysis reports on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial information quality, efficiency and value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business partnering experience.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Ability to identify key drivers of business performance.
  • Strong relationship, communication and influencing skills.
