We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Executive to join our team at Benby Enterprises, Inc. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners, including Brand Managers, Regional Managers, Merchandising Manager, Sales Supervisors, RSAs, Sub Distributors, and Promodizers.
  3. Collaborate with National Sales Manager/Brand Managers/Merchandising Manager to design and implement promotional business building and merchandising programs for key accounts.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to assess overall business performance and monitor competitive activities.
  5. Maintain accurate and updated databases of existing and potential accounts.
  6. Monitor and guide Key Account Specialists in preparing and implementing key account business plans.
  7. Conduct performance audits on subordinate personnel.
  8. Ensure trade-marketing programs align with brand and company directions and standards.
  9. Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
