Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at ibex. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits and compensation programs, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to employees. Main Responsibilities:

* Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits and compensation.* Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding benefits and compensation inquiries.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and policies.* Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulatory requirements.* Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes.* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.* Foster a culture of open communication and transparency within the organization.

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a BPO or Call Center setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and software.
