Job Description

As a seasoned customer engagement expert, you will lead our CRM strategy, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. Your key responsibilities include driving customer retention and loyalty through data-driven campaigns, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for crafting innovative customer experiences by leveraging customer insights to create engaging perks, irresistible rewards, and memorable interactions that foster brand loyalty.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across channels (e.g., lifecycle email, WhatsApp)
  • Stay up-to-date on martech trends to continuously improve CRM strategy, tools, and execution
  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to uncover valuable insights, improve targeting, and optimise communications
  • Manage CRM vendor partnerships and lead platform evaluations that power advanced segmentation and automation
Requirements
  • A proven track record of creating impactful customer experiences
  • Experience managing a loyalty or membership program in retail or e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation programs
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise performance
  • Experience managing vendors and evaluating marketing tech tools
  • A strong collaborator and effective communicator
  • Past experience in managing a team
