As a crucial member of our organization, this role is responsible for credit evaluation and decision-making processes in home loan/mortgage applications. Ensuring accuracy of data prior to decision-making is vital, adhering strictly to established credit policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate applications based on available data, deduplicated results, and verified information.
  • Make informed credit decisions and confirm them through system validation if within the delegated authority scope.
  • Recommend credit decisions and forward applications to approvers for system confirmation for cases beyond delegated authority limits.
  • Verify and update data encoded in the system before application confirmation to guarantee accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit precise daily productivity reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in retail credit review, covering application processing and evaluation gained from banks or financial institutions.
  • A good understanding of basic credit card systems/solutions.
  • Ability to work onsite with flexibility regarding Ortigas assignments.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of credit risk management principles and practices.
