About the Role

We are seeking a talented Education Solutions Expert to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with educators and learners worldwide, promoting academic integrity and critical thinking.

As an Education Solutions Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that address the needs of our customers. You will engage with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points, and provide them with effective solutions that meet their needs.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement & Solution Design

    • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and pain points.
    • Design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
    • Provide technical expertise to support the sales and customer success teams.

  2. Sales & Customer Success Support

    • Support the sales and customer success teams with technical expertise.
    • Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
    • Contribute to proposal responses.

  3. Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices

    • Stay up-to-date on best practices and product knowledge.
    • Share insights with internal teams.

  4. Product Representation & Travel

    • Represent the company at conferences and customer visits.
    • Address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.

  5. Continuous Development

    • Invest in personal and professional growth.
    • Expand your technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  1. 2-4 years of experience in a similar technical customer-facing role.
  2. Strong understanding of product functionality.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues.
