Job Title: Lighting Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lighting Design Professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have experience in interior design, architecture or project management.

  • Assist the Group Head in managing timeliness, efficiency and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Prepare and organize technical lighting data with direction and/or supervision.
  • Prepare lighting specifications with direction and/or supervision.
  • Calculate lighting parameters using Dialux and other software.
  • Design based on code/standard set with direction and/or supervision.
  • Evaluate technical cut sheets before submission with direction and/or supervision.
  • Coordinate design with all team members and present to client when necessary.
  • Communicate with partner firms and coordinate approved light and system implementation.
  • Ensure schedule and design are strictly followed and implemented.
  • Manage project according to client-approved design.
  • Calculate cost and project timeline for each design prepared.
  • Participate in concept planning, development and design.
  • Search for required codes/standards, catalogues and acquire samples for available lighting fixtures.
  • Research up-to-date lux level standards.
  • Assist in preparing lighting lay-out drawings using CAD when needed.
