The Senior Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire subscription lifecycle, from initial setup to cancellation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Setting up and maintaining customer subscriptions in Stripe.">
  • Managing subscription plans, including changes, prorations, and cancellations.">
  • Resolving disputes and preparing evidence packets for submission to banks and card networks.">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of subscription data, revenue tracking, and cash collection forecasting.">
  • Partnering with sales and customer success teams to ensure accurate subscription data.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • At least 3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business.">
  • Proven expertise with Stripe Subscriptions.">
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot for AR/billing workflows.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on process improvement.">
