We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and existing team members to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create customized materials to address specific knowledge or skill deficits.
  • Foster an interactive and practical learning environment through facilitation of group discussions, presentations, and hands-on activities to improve employee engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with business goals and operational requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills.

Successful candidates will possess excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, as well as strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
