About the Role
As an Application Support Professional at Property Company of Friends, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organizational systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide second-level systems support to end-users on various applications within the organization.

Your duties will include working closely with the IT Helpdesk to provide support to end-users, conducting internal unit testing and user acceptance testing, developing user manuals for all system applications, and delivering training to end-users. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating existing applications and proposing system improvements/enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of experience in application/systems support. Strong knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems is required, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Additionally, you should possess strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details.
