Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Coordination: Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.">
  • Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.">
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms.">
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.">
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.">
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.">
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.">
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.">
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.">
  • Administrative Support: Perform other related administrative or recruitment support tasks as needed.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.">
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.">
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.">
